Villa Bella Vista is an impressive villa ideal for large groups or multiple families, located in the prestigious Galé area in Albufeira, within walking distance of the beautiful Algarve beaches. This property offers a spacious and comfortable environment, equipped with everything needed for a memorable holiday.
On the ground floor, there is a large living and dining area perfect for relaxing and spending time together. This level also features 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bedrooms with twin beds, one bedroom with a sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms with bathtubs.
The first floor has a similar layout, offering 4 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bedrooms with twin beds, and 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
Outside, the spacious garden is the highlight of the property, featuring a large heatable pool (additional cost), jacuzzi (additional cost), BBQ area, and a ping pong table. Several outdoor dining areas are perfect for enjoying the Algarve sunshine and spending quality time together.
With air conditioning in the bedrooms and private parking, this villa provides year-round comfort and convenience.
The location is ideal, close to Galé Beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, making Villa Bella Vista the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 28 guests
From the 29th to the 42th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
