Description
Villa Del Pescador is a stunning, fully rebuilt and refurbished property located just 200 meters from the famous Fisherman’s Beach in Albufeira. With an enviable location close to restaurants, shops, and all amenities, this villa offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and proximity to the sea.
The spacious living and dining area provides a bright and welcoming atmosphere, with direct access to a terrace overlooking the ocean, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy special moments together.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, as well as an additional guest bathroom. On the lower floor, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, along with a bathroom with a shower.
The modern fully equipped kitchen also enjoys a beautiful sea view, creating an inviting space to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.
Outside, the villa offers a private heatable pool (additional cost), surrounded by a relaxing leisure area perfect for soaking up the Algarve sunshine.
Villa Del Pescador is the perfect retreat for those seeking an unforgettable seaside holiday. With its blend of modern comfort, stunning views, and privileged location, it provides the ideal setting to relax and experience the best of Albufeira.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 180 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests
From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and close to everything. The highlight for us was the outdoor space: a lovely private pool, an outdoor shower, and a terrace with a view that made every meal special. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Albufeira, this villa is it! The house is modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. We loved waking up to the sea view from the master bedroom, and the kids really enjoyed having direct access to the pool from their rooms. The outdoor area was fantastic, with plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy alfresco dining. The Wi-Fi was strong, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. We will definitely be coming back!

The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll to Pescadores Beach and right in the heart of Albufeira, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with breathtaking sea views from the master bedroom and the living area. The pool area was our favorite spot to unwind, and having the option to heat it was a great bonus. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this villa for an unforgettable holiday!
