The property has 4 bedrooms: On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms, one of them with e-suite bathroom and one additional common bathroom with bathtub. The ground floor has 1 double bedroom with a separate bathroom.
Also, on the ground floor you will find the open-plan living and dining area, boasting views of the marina.
The fully equipped kitchen, is meticulously designed to elevate your cooking experience to new heights.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the allure of the outdoor area, where a pristine pool awaits. Bask in the sun on the elegant loungers or enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace while taking in the mesmerizing views of the marina.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)
• The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 8 people.
The 9th to the 10th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €126 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

The highlight was the stunning outdoor area with a private pool and incredible views of the marina. We loved dining al fresco and soaking up the serene atmosphere. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement, making our family holiday truly unforgettable!
