Villa Florença is a beautiful contemporary villa, located in Patroves, Albufeira, just 3km from the best golden sandy beaches. With beautiful sea views, a private heated pool and a games area with billiards and table tennis, this property will certainly be the ideal location for a wonderful holiday.

This impressive 4-bedroom villa accommodates 8 + 2 people, with 3 twin bedrooms (2 en-suite) on the first floor; 1 double bedroom on the ground floor. There are 3 bathrooms on the first floor (2 en-suite) and 1 WC on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer and a large dining table, ideal for meals with family and friends. There is also a dining room and a cosy living room with comfortable sofas and a large TV with international and Portuguese channels. From the dining room and living room, you can access the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the pool.

Villa Florença has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The property is fully walled, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance and an automatic gate leading to the parking for several vehicles and also a direct entrance to the house. The private pool (heated as an optional extra) is located at the front of the property, to the south and receives sun all day.

At the back of the property there is an entertainment area and dining room with a snooker table, table tennis and a covered traditional barbecue, perfect for entertaining friends and family with outdoor meals.

All amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, are easily accessible with a short car journey. The fantastic sandy beaches, such as Castelo, São Rafael and Galé, are also just a few minutes' drive away, offering an excellent option for a day out. The town of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, the charming old town facing the Fishermen's Beach and the Albufeira Strip, as well as quality restaurants, bars and shops, is a 10-minute drive away.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, please send us an enquiry before proceeding with the booking, so that we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.

Heating the pool will always be an added value for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in low season)

• For the 9th and 10th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
