Description
Villa Laguna is a charming 4-bedroom property, with capacity for 8 + 3 people, located in a privileged location in the São Rafael area, where beaches, a selection of restaurants and bars can be found within a short walking distance.
From the moment you open the Art Deco style doors, it is evident that this fabulous property was designed with attention to detail. The contemporary style in the living and dining area is complemented by high-quality furniture to create a sophisticated atmosphere.
On the first floor, the bedrooms are composed of built-in wardrobes and elegant furniture that offer an effective contrast with the bold bathroom designs.
On the lower floor, you will find an elegant games room where you can enjoy table tennis and a snooker table, ideal for entertainment during long summer nights.
Outside, you will find a covered terrace fully equipped with wicker furniture overlooking the fabulous pool (optional pool heating as an extra), with a barbecue area perfect for outdoor meals.
Albufeira with its colourful marina, the charming Old Town near Fishermen's Beach and the avenue, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and lively nightlife, are about 5 minutes by car (2.5 km), making it ideal for families, couples and golfers, as there are several golf courses just a few minutes away by car.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
There are some restrictions for group bookings.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
