Villa Lion Beach is a spacious and inviting holiday home perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay in the Algarve. Nestled in a quiet area of Albufeira, it offers comfort, privacy and easy access to beautiful beaches, shops and local amenities.
The open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space to unwind and enjoy time together. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience during your stay.
Upstairs, the villa features three bedrooms. One with a double bed and two single beds en suite with a bathtub, another with a double bed and one single bed en suite with a bathtub, and the third with a double bed and two single beds, ideal for large families or groups who value space and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. The villa also includes a games room with a pool table and table football, ensuring entertainment for all ages.
Outside you’ll find a private heatable pool (extra cost), an outdoor dining area and a portable BBQ, perfect for sunny days and relaxing Algarve evenings.
Located just a few minutes from Albufeira’s beaches, shops and restaurants, Villa Lion Beach is the ideal retreat for a comfortable and carefree holiday.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 11 guests
From the 12th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Lion Beach. It’s a very spacious house with a lovely atmosphere, ideal for families. Our children absolutely loved the snooker table and table football – they spent hours playing while we relaxed by the pool. The outdoor area was perfect for barbecues and dinners under the stars. The location is great – quiet and safe, but still close to supermarkets, beaches, and restaurants. The kitchen was very practical, and the living and dining space was bright and inviting. Each bedroom was very comfortable, with plenty of storage and natural light. We really appreciated the thoughtful layout and homely touches throughout the villa. Highly recommended!

We loved the games room – it added a really fun touch to our evenings after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were large and well laid out, and having multiple bathrooms was perfect for a group. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed several meals out on the terrace using the BBQ. The pool area was peaceful and a great spot to unwind with a drink. The villa is located in a quiet area but close enough to town and the beach to make everything convenient. A brilliant stay!

The layout was ideal for us, with the kids enjoying the games room every day and the adults relaxing by the private pool. The open-plan living area made meals and evenings together so enjoyable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering plenty of flexibility for a family of five. We also made great use of the BBQ area and loved dining outside in the warm evenings.
