On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing delicious meals, along with a laundry room and pantry. The dining room features a table for enjoying meals together, and two cozy living rooms with comfortable sofas invite you to relax and unwind. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.
The first floor offers a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with three single beds with an en-suite bathroom, providing ample space and privacy for everyone.
The villa also provides air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.
The outdoor area is equally inviting, featuring an outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Sun loungers are available for soaking up the sun, and a BBQ offers delightful outdoor cooking options. For entertainment, there is a ping pong table and a pool table. The private pool, which can be heated for an additional cost, is the highlight of the outdoor space, offering a refreshing escape on warm days.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 10 people.
The 11th to 14th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
