Villa Paradisius is an elegant villa in Montechoro, Albufeira, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8+2 guests. Located in a quiet area yet close to bars, restaurants, and amenities, this holiday home offers a private pool, jacuzzi (optional extra), and a modern and comfortable atmosphere.
Spread over two floors, the villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: one double en-suite bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 people), as well as a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a third bathroom with a shower, along with a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and essential utensils.
The outdoor area is the main highlight, featuring a private heated pool (optional extra), modern decks, and a jacuzzi for relaxation. There are also sun loungers to enjoy the sun, a barbecue for outdoor meals, and table tennis and billiards tables for entertainment.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas.
Located just a short walk from the Strip and 2 km from Praia d’Oura, the villa provides easy access to the marina and Albufeira’s historic center, with restaurants, bars, and shops just a 5-minute drive away. Book now and enjoy the best of the Algarve!
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests
However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

We had a brilliant stay at Villa Paradisius with our two teenagers. The house is really spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool area was the highlight, and having a table tennis and pool table was a huge bonus for the kids. The villa is in a quiet area, but just a short walk from bars and restaurants, so we could relax without feeling isolated.
We loved exploring Albufeira, especially the Old Town and the beautiful beaches nearby. The villa had everything we needed and felt very clean and safe. Highly recommend for families! |

We stayed at Villa Paradisius as a group of friends and had an amazing time. The house is modern, clean and very well-equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, especially in the evenings. It was great to have both outdoor dining and games like table tennis and pool, we didn’t even go out every night because the villa had so much to offer.
The Strip is just around the corner, and we also drove to Praia da Oura and to Albufeira’s old town, both easy to reach. A great base to enjoy the Algarve with friends! |

My husband and I stayed at Villa Paradisius while visiting our family in Albufeira. The house was larger than we needed, but it was a lovely place to relax. The living room is spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area is wonderful. We especially appreciated the calm surroundings and the short distance to both the beach and shops.
Albufeira is lively and full of charm, from local cafés to scenic spots by the coast. We hope to come back soon, maybe next time with our grandchildren! |
