Description

Villa Poseidon is a fantastic 4-bedroom holiday home located in the colourful Albufeira marina. Just a short drive from Albufeira centre, with a heated private pool and a games room, this property is the perfect setting for an Algarve getaway with family and friends.
The property can accommodate 8+2 people and has 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor, and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor.
Also located on the ground floor is the dining room and kitchen, which is fully equipped for home cooking with a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery and utensils, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. A traditional brick barbecue is situated outside. The living room includes a TV area and space to relax with family and friends. For additional entertainment, you will find a pool table and table football in the lower level, as well as an outdoor table tennis table.
Outside, the charming garden with an outdoor dining area and the L-shaped private pool (heatable as an optional extra) invite you to relax and enjoy the Algarve sun.
The villa is located in a quiet area of the Albufeira Marina, where you will find several cafes, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. A short drive (20-minute walk) to Albufeira, you will find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach).
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not align with the property's changeover day, please send us an enquiry before booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Heating the pool will always be an added benefit for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature, when the pool heating is activated, will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in time: 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00
The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit/debit card).
Prices are for up to 8 people.
From the 9th to 10th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
