Villa Royal Mill is a spectacular villa, ideal for very large groups or several families holidaying together, wanting space and comfortable living at a prime location near Albufeira.
Comfortably sleeping 37 + 13 guests, this very spacious 13-bedroom property offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay both inside and out, including a large heatable swimming pool, XL jacuzzi, 13 bathrooms, and more. An outdoor games area is available to enjoy with family and friends on long summer days and there are several terraces from which you can take in the stunning Algarve sunsets. Off-road parking is also available for several cars.
Set in a residential area near Albufeira with breathtaking views and a few minutes from the best golden sandy beaches, this spectacular villa, furnished and decorated to a high standard, will ensure a relaxing holiday in the sun, leaving you with amazing memories and a desire to return.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 37 people.
The 38th to 50th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Sofa.bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
