On the ground floor, guests are greeted by a spacious hall with a cosy living area, followed by an open-plan living and dining room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet all culinary needs. This floor also features two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Upstairs, the villa offers a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, as well as a comfortable living area with a balcony and sea views - ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The upstairs living room includes a sofa bed (suitable for 2 additional guests), a TV and some games for entertainment. There is also a fridge and a convenient kitchenette for added comfort.
The outdoor area is a true invitation to enjoy the sunny days of the Algarve. The heated pool is surrounded by lounge sofas, creating the perfect space to relax and savour a cocktail at sunset. For outdoor dining, there is a covered barbecue area with a dining table, as well as a convenient poolside bathroom with a shower. The property also has two private parking spaces, ensuring security and convenience for guests.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (there may be flexibility during the low season)
Groups whose majority of guests are at least 25 years old are welcome. Group security deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card)
A 2.9% booking fee, insurance and processing fee will be applied to the total value of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.

Prices are for up to 8 people.
For the 9th and 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€126 each, per week). For young children (babies/children), a cot is available for €21 each, per week.
The administrative fee for date changes is €150.
