Villa Alte Springs is an impressive contemporary 4-bedroom house that features a private and exclusive infinity pool with views over the magnificent Barlavento hills. With stunning views of the surrounding landscape, the villa is located very close to Alte, one of Portugal's most traditional villages.
This magnificent property has all the necessary amenities to ensure great holidays, such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, in addition to 4 bedrooms (all en-suite) and 5 bathrooms. On the lower floor, you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, while on the ground floor, you will find 2 more double bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you can also find a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils during your stay, and a charming living/dining room with direct access to the inviting outdoor area, where you can enjoy sunbathing and refreshing swims in the pool while admiring the stunning view of the surrounding area, which will certainly enchant children and adults.
Villa Alte Springs benefits from its own spacious and private outdoor space with outdoor furniture, as well as fruit trees around the property, including orange trees that you can pick from if you wish. The traditional Algarvian barbecue provides the perfect area to enjoy delicious outdoor meals prepared among friends or family and to relax from the Algarve sun's heat.
This fantastic and spacious villa is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet away from busy tourist centres, while being a short distance from all amenities. A little further along the beautiful Algarve coast, you will find golden sandy beaches such as Salgados, Galé, Lourenço, or São Rafael, to name a few.

Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 8 people.
The 9th to 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

Had an excellent week. The property is very spacious and is perfect for a family group or group of friends with an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. The property is very private, with beautiful views. We preferred to be away from the main tourist lsee more
Had an excellent week. The property is very spacious and is perfect for a family group or group of friends with an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. The property is very private, with beautiful views. We preferred to be away from the main tourist locations and it is only about 30 mins to the coast or larger towns. The pool and outside area were excellent for relaxing and eating al fresco. The kitchen is adequate for holiday style catering. The property managers - Algarve Vacation were excellent both pre and during the holiday: very efficient and communication with them was always responded to and dealt with promptly. The villa representatives/staff were very helpful and friendly and we found the villa very clean and well prepared. The Alte region is hilly with great views of orange groves and rural villages in the hills. Driving in the area was easy with little traffic on the roads. This was our first trip to Portugal but would be very happy to return and to stay here again!

The villa is extremely safe and secure and the kids had loads of room to play. We had a fantastic week here. The staff were very helpful and gave us loads of ideas for things to do. The bedrooms all have heating for the chilly nights and the villa is very well equipped. We had a fantastic week in the Algarve.
