Description

Villa Boa Vida is an elegant 4-bedroom villa, located in a quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes' walk from Armação de Pêra. With stunning sea views, a private pool, and a jacuzzi on the terrace, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
With capacity for 8+2 guests, it features 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, both with private bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 more bedrooms – one double and one twin (convertible to a double bed), also with private bathrooms. There is an additional toilet.
The spacious living/dining area, with modern decor, connects to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Glass doors provide direct access to the pool area, where you can relax on sunbeds, take a dip in the pool (heated by solar panels) or play table tennis. The outdoor dining area and barbecue provide pleasant family moments.
The rooftop terrace, with a jacuzzi (optional extra), offers incredible panoramic views. The property has parking for 4 cars and charging points for electric vehicles.
Just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and shops, Villa Boa Vida is the ideal choice to enjoy the Algarve with comfort and privacy.
No car rental is necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Note about the heated pool: During winter, the solar panel-powered heating system may not be as efficient due to reduced sunlight and lower temperatures.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €400 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
A booking, insurance, and archiving processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
