The heatable pool is directly accessible from the living room, while the outdoor area features a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals with sea views and a relaxing atmosphere, also allowing supervision of children in the pool.

Inside, the villa has air conditioning (cooling and heating), an elegant living and dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and an impressive games room.

Located in a quiet residential area, just 750 metres from the beach, it is a short distance from the village centre and the seafront avenue, where you can enjoy a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and even an art museum.

The nearest beach (less than 8 minutes walk) is Praia de Armação de Pêra, which extends to Galé in Albufeira, forming the largest continuous sand strip in central Algarve. Here, you will find excellent beach restaurants, water sports activities, and much more.

Car rental is not necessary, but if you want, we will be happy to help with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's change day, send us a query before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. When pool heating is activated, water temperature will always be 5°C to 8°C higher than it would be without heating.

The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

Group deposit: €400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.

Prices for up to 12 people.
From the 13th to the 20th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/children), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
