The property is located in the refined and charming Vale do Olival development, a true "ex-libris" in Armação de Pêra. This modern and spacious villa has been designed to offer comfort, relaxation and unforgettable moments, with carefully selected amenities and outdoor areas perfect for enjoyment.
On the ground floor, Villa Catalina has an elegant suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower base. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, with a central island surrounded by eight high chairs, creating the perfect space for casual meals or socialising. The living room is cosy and comfortable, equipped with three sofas and cable TV, offering an ideal place to relax after a day of adventures in the Algarve.
On the first floor, the villa offers three additional suites. One suite with a double bed and a walk-in closet, with a private bathroom with a shower base. Another suite with a double bed, also with a private bathroom and a shower base. A twin suite, with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower base.
The exterior of Villa Catalina is a true highlight, with a heated swimming pool (solar-powered), perfect for a dip in any season. Guests can relax on the comfortable sun loungers or gather around the outdoor dining area that has a gas barbecue, where there is an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs, ideal for al fresco meals. The outdoor area also includes a pergola with three sofas, providing a perfect environment for outdoor relaxation. Guests can also enjoy the ping pong table and a games room with a snooker table in the basement.
This property has dedicated sockets for the safe charging of electric cars. If you wish to charge your electric car, you must request the unlocking of the sockets for the calculation of your specific consumption.
Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying outdoor meals or taking advantage of the modern comfort of the interior of Villa Catalina, this property offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday experience in the Algarve.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season)
Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions.
Prices for up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 12nd person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administrative fee for changing dates is €150.

We loved the pool, which was heated and perfect for evening swims, and the outdoor dining area with the BBQ was where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the central island with high chairs made meal times so much fun. The game room in the basement was a hit with our group—plenty of space for everyone to relax. Definitely a place I’d come back to!
