Description
Copacabana Villa is a modern, bright property ideal for family holidays, combining spacious and comfortable interiors with a perfect environment for relaxing, socialising and making the most of every moment. Designed to provide tranquillity, comfort and fun, this villa offers the ideal setting for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.
On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room creates a welcoming and functional environment, perfect for gathering family and friends. Also on this floor, you will find a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a complete games room, with a snooker table, table football and a gaming machine, guaranteeing entertainment for all ages. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the outdoor area.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and private bathrooms, and a third twin bedroom. All bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the outside area. One of the bedrooms also has direct access to the roof terrace, where there is a pleasant outdoor rest area and a private jacuzzi (at an additional cost), perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
On the exterior, the villa offers everything you need for days well spent in the sun, including a heated swimming pool (for an additional cost), a second jacuzzi next to the pool (for an additional cost), a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, providing an ideal environment for socialising and leisure.
Located in Armação de Pêra, just 600 metres from the beach and a short distance from shops, restaurants and bars, Villa Copacabana perfectly combines comfort, fun and proximity to the sea.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €400 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests
However, it is possible to accept 4 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
