Villa Imagine is a wonderful 3 bedroom villa, sleeping 6+4 people and affording a prime location in Armação de Pêra. Located just 950m from the beach, with sea views and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and some of the Algarve's best beaches, this impressive holiday home with a private heatable swimming pool is a fantastic choice for families looking to spend quality time together in the Algarve.

Both air-conditioning and Wi-Fi are available at villa Imagine.

The villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views, a second double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with balconies. There is also a second bathroom on this floor.

On the ground floor is the entrance to the villa and the main living and dining areas with plenty of space for the whole family. The open-plan living area has plenty of sunlight and glass doors with direct access to the swimming pool and garden, a large and very comfortable sofa, TV with international channels, a dining set and air conditioning. The spacious, open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for home cooking, and has plenty of storage space.

The lower level houses a second living area with a sofa and a pool table, as well as a child size table for small children to play.

An additional bathroom is available on the ground floor, as well as a guest W.C. on the lower floor.

Outdoors you’ll find the swimming pool (pool heating can be added as an optional extra), plenty of sun loungers on which to soak up the sun, and grassy areas for children to play. On one end of the garden is a brick built BBQ and sink, perfect for preparing delicious summer meals.

The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance area.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra are only a 10 to 15 minute walk down the road.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-out schedule: 10:00

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: € 250 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 6 people.
• From the 7th to 10th persons an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
