Villa Las Salinas is a magnificent and spacious holiday home, ideal for families and groups seeking a luxury getaway in Armação de Pêra. With 5 bedrooms, a heated private pool, jacuzzi and ample outdoor spaces, this villa has been designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
Located in a quiet area, Villa Las Salinas offers easy access to the stunning Algarve coast, providing a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is the ideal base to explore nearby beaches and local attractions.
Upon entering, you will find an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area on the ground floor, bathed in natural light through the large windows and glass doors overlooking the garden. This floor also includes a cosy double bedroom, a versatile triple room (with a double bed and a single bed), a triple suite (double bed, single bed and private bathroom), as well as a shared bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, two luxurious suites await: a double suite with a private bathroom and a master suite with a king-size bed, private bathroom and a balcony with stunning sea views.
The outdoor spaces are exceptional, designed to make the most of the Algarve's sunny climate. A lush garden with a Balinese bed invites you to relax, and the barbecue area, equipped with a dining table and fridge, is perfect for al fresco meals. For sports enthusiasts, there is a beach volleyball/tennis court. The highlight is the covered heated pool and jacuzzi (pool heating and jacuzzi use are optional extras), ensuring fun all year round.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the property, as well as private parking. Villa Las Salinas comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, with 2 extra beds available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Pool heating is a valuable addition, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature will be 5°C to 8°C higher with the heating activated.

Minimum stay: 7 days or multiples of 7 (flexible in low season).
Changeover day is Saturday (flexible in low season).
Group deposit: €175 per person (paid by credit/debit card).
A 2.9% fee applies to the total of all payments: booking, deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.
Prices are for up to 12 people.
The 13th and 14th persons pay an additional €126 per week (extra bed) or €21 per week (cot for young children).
Date changes incur a €150 administrative fee.

We recently stayed with friends at this lovely villa. The booking process was easy, and directions given for arrival were easy to follow. We loved the fact that the driver was waiting for us to arrive to show us round and explain everything, so often your just left a key and have to muddle through.
The kitchen was well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was great, heated to a good temperature to allow us all to enjoy it. We loved everything about the villa. I would recommend this property for a familygroup holiday. |

The location in Armação de Pêra is excellent, offering tranquility and easy access to the region's beautiful beaches.
The service was impeccable from the beginning, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I recommend Villa Las Salinas to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience in the Algarve. We will definitely be back! |
